    •    Messaging and coordinating with local vendors on guest’s behalf

    •    Creating a basic day plan or activity flow

    •    Text or Voice based support and concierge communication during stay

    •    Coordinating delivery drop-offs or service arrivals

    •    Researching store locations or item availability

    •    Sending reminders, confirmations, or follow-ups as nee

$35/hr (Diamond Key Guests $20/hr)

In-town services and light support that involve local sourcing, errands, and small logistical tasks to enhance the guest experience.

Services include:

    •    Store runs or supply pickups (plus cost of items)

    •    Shopping and drop-off of guest requests (e.g., wine, groceries, toiletries, gifts)

    •    Light home prep (setting out items, refreshing spaces, etc.)

    •    Package pickup or delivery to property

    •    Trash bin assistance (roll-out or roll-in on scheduled days)

    •    Sourcing and delivering last-minute items

    •    Coordinating drop-offs for guest surprises (flowers, snacks, etc.)

$75/hr (Diamond Key Guests $63/hr)

    •    Custom guest setups (birthdays, romantic surprises, etc.)

    •    Full itinerary or trip design (PDF or mobile)

    •    Emergency guest support or last-minute arrangements with no additional fees

    •    Vendor coordination (private chef, massage, sound bath, etc.)

    •    Full-service wellness or event curation
