“How do you tailor the packages?”
At KeyHouse, our service packages are called “Keys” — each one designed to match your level of involvement, goals, and property needs. After a full property and listing evaluation, we’ll recommend the Key that best fits your situation, and from there, you can customize as much or as little as you’d like.
• The Shared Key is for hands-on owners who want support without losing touch.
• The Pilot Key is for semi-hands-off owners who want streamlined, professional co-hosting with more support.
• The Master Key is our full-service tier — perfect for owners who prefer a completely hands-off, high-end experience.
We also offer specialty add-ons like the Diamond Key, a no-contract upgrade that includes guest concierge, liaison services, and other custom luxury experiences.
