A hands-on co-hosting package designed for owners who want reliable operational support while maintaining flexibility and control.

Keyhouse manages the day-to-day flow of your short-term rental, including guest communication, booking coordination, cleaning and maintenance scheduling, listing optimization, and inventory tracking. We also serve as your local point of contact, coordinating with trusted vendors, supporting city communication when needed, and responding quickly if issues arise.

Routine property audits help ensure the home stays organized, well maintained, and consistently five-star ready for every guest.

Pricing starts at 15% per booking with a $35 monthly minimum.

Full Service Management

Includes everything in the Pilot Key, plus full access to our Homeowner Package — designed to support your property beyond short-term rental operations.

We manage the details so you don’t have to, including repairs, vendor coordination, utilities, city communication, permits, and ongoing property upkeep.

This package also includes a personalized inventory system, a customized property SOP, and support creating or refining your house manual and listing.

Starting at $500/month

Final pricing is determined after a property audit and service selection.

Remote Co-Hosting

A fully virtual co-hosting package for owners who need professional support without full-service management.

We handle the online side of hosting, including guest communication, booking support, calendar management, pricing adjustments, and platform messaging. Keyhouse becomes your virtual voice — managing calls, emails, texts, and guest questions with professionalism and care.

Ideal for owners who already have reliable boots-on-the-ground support such as cleaners or maintenance, but still need consistent digital oversight and guest service.

If your property is located within our service area, optional in-person support such as site visits, vendor coordination, or emergency response can be added as needed.

Starting at $150/month

Final pricing may vary depending on occupancy levels and guest communication volume.

Services “On-Demand”

All Keyhouse service packages are eligible for Flex options — meaning you can add out-of-contract services on demand, anytime you need them. Whether it’s an emergency visit, last-minute vendor coordination, or extra support outside your usual tier, we’re here when it counts. If you are not an active client you can utilize our services on demand, no commitment necessary.

For current clients, no need to upgrade your full plan — just let us know what’s needed, and we’ll bill accordingly based on service level and time required.

$50 connection fee required + hourly or flat rate for selected services.
